Craftsman Style Coffee Table

$975+
4.9(11 reviews)

An elliptical top, arched legs, and decorative piercings add grace and beauty to this Craftsman-style table modeled after a library table by Charles Limbert. This scaled-down version preserves the original overall proportions, as well as elliptical top and shelf, gently curved legs, and decorative piercings in the stretchers. Bridle joints hold the legs and aprons together, and a notched bridle joint is used where the stretchers intersect. The legs and shelf are notched where they meet, and slip tenons join the stretchers to the legs. Dimensions: Oval top is approx 3' x 2', table top is 20" in height. Material: all solid quarter-sawn white oak, or solid cherry. Design by G. Paolini

Working with Patrick was a first-rate experience. The final product was exactly what we spoke about. His 3D renderings of the complex mission desk are a picture-perfect match to the desk he created. I'm 400 miles from his shop so our only communication was via email and phone conversations. His response time was excellent and he was always open to slight changes throughout the project. I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a craftsman to deliver what you ask of him. No regrets.

Working with Patrick at New Mission Workshop has been an amazing experience! Patrick is so creative and such a delight to work with. He has kept in constant communication with us which we have appreciated so very much, making suggestions, tweaking the original plan, and offering wonderful suggestions for improving the pieces he's done for us. He is a Master Woodworker. I'm already thinking up future projects for him to craft for us!!1

It was extremely easy to work with Patrick on this project. He was open to the custom changes I needed (made out of cherry, and fit to hold a violin rather than a ukelele), and the final product was fantastic. It did take a bit longer than I initially hoped, but Patrick was up front with the time line and the final piece arrived at my door faster than initially estimated. The stand was well packaged and in great shape. It is a beautiful piece of work, and I am thrilled with the final result. It is my first time using the CustomMade website, and I will definitely try it out again.

We commissioned Patrick to build us an arts & crafts, hall end mirror. After some unforeseen set backs, Patrick sent us not just a mirror, but what we now consider to be a family heirloom. We could not be more thrilled and satisfied. We urge anyone who reads this to invite Patrick in to any discussion you may be having about custom furniture. He is a wizard!

I had a wonderful experience working with Patrick, from New Mission Workshop via CustomMade. His style was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cabinet to house my essential oils collection. I wanted a piece that had a classic look, constructed with good wood and excellent craftsmanship. He was very easy to work with and simply knew what he was doing. Any questions/issues were easily addressed and all steps to bring the project to completion came at a reasonable pace. Throughout the production process, he sent images of each stage and was very communicative. I am very pleased with my essential oils cabinet and would recommend Patrick for custom woodworking needs.
