I take great pride in my work. I am able to give you a 3D rendering of the product before you accept the quote. This rendering uses the same data that is used to machine the product. The rendering provides a very good indication about what the product will look like. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress and the quote is accepted, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
