Area served: Lower 48 Shipping Methods: Purchaser will be billed actual shipping charges. These charges will include all fees assessed by delivery company to transport item from my location to the given delivery address, plus any costs associated with packing, crating, and insuring item. All items will be insured for full retail price. All tariffs and import fees on international shipping are the sole responsibility of the importer.

Installation Policy

Installation, as and if needed, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any contracts entered into with third party installers shall not include the maker. If damage or improper installation occurs, these problems shall be resolved between the purchaser and the installer.

Full refunds will be offered on in-stock pieces only. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and no refund will be issued until the piece has been returned and inspected for damage. All custom orders are non-refundable. Please note: Any and all requests for refunds arising from shipping damage will be denied. Please direct your claim to the appropriate shipping agency. I will work with them to provide all the information that I can.
