This handmade piece of industrial modern furniture would make the perfect kitchen island and would also function as a beautiful workstation. The wood top is made out of solid oak and can be stained to any color. We can also build it with a butcher block top for added functionality in a kitchen setting, or even make the sides and doors wood. If you prefer a thinner wood top, this is always an option and would lower the price significantly. This piece is shown with locking casters, but it can be made with straight legs which would lower the price by $150.00. This urban kitchen island is shown in our polished steel finish to give it more of a modern look, however, it can also be built in any of our other patina finishes if you prefer more of a rustic or industrial look. Going with one of the many patina finishes we offer would also lower the price by $400.00. Like most of our work, this piece has decorative rivets to give it additional industrial flare. Your custom kitchen island can be built with more, less, or even no rivets at all depending on your style preference. Since all of our work is made to order, there is really no limit to how you can customize this kitchen island.
