This is our newest host stand and just like all of our host stands it can be used in a number of ways, such as, a podium or lectern. It is made with a beautiful reclaimed wood that adds to its character and charm. The mesh siding and riveted gussets bring back a simpler time when things were handmade and built to last a lifetime, just like every piece made here at Combine 9. The steel frame has been painted black but could be left raw for a truly "living" piece of furniture. The interior storage area has been made with an open area shelf at the top to house menus or check presenters. The lower area is made with a center shelf and open floor design. The storage area can be configured and customized nearly any way imaginable. There are holes with grommets on each level of this piece for convenient cable management of telephones, microphones, POS Stations, etc. A floor could be added to create another shelf and a reclaimed wooden door could be outfitted to complement the upper wooden wrap around. This piece has been made with locking casters to make it mobile or stationary, but could be made with straight legs instead of casters.
