Shipping processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Customs and import taxes: I will ship to most countries overseas. Please note that non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon delivery of your package. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Payment options: Currently, I accept Paypal and credit/debit cards payments through Paypal. Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges on products that are NOT custom orders within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery in unused and undamaged condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The original shipping cost will not be included in the returned item refund.
