The turned Poplar legs are joined to the top with extra strong wedged through-tenons and feet coated with black lacquer. Perfect, one of a kind wedding or housewarming gift! Our rich soil, ample lakes and rivers and diverse seasonal changes cause our trees to yield some very strong, yet highly figured grain. Most of the pieces we make start as large logs from these trees as their first life is completed.
