Sculpture, Raven With Figures.
Title of this sculpture is ' Control'. The 'raven', and crow are significant in many cultures….some believe to be ominous, others believe to be messengers of gods, carriers of knowledge…. I don't really want to explain too much of the sculpture but leave it up to the viewer to decide what it means to them…. the title is the only 'clue' that I give for my motivation in creating it. Created by welding steel parts together, building up areas with weld and then carving detail into the steel. Entire sculpture measures 27" x 11" x 12" tall….to give you perspective, the male and female figures are approximately 6" tall. Designed and created by Earth Eagle Forge LLC …copy rights do apply.

Paula Jensen is a self taught metal artist. Her art career began in college studying life drawing and painting techniques. Paula began to experiment with forge work and metal creation, with her millwright husband's tutelage. Within a few years Paula was designing and then creating custom works for clients through her business Earth Eagle Forge LLC.
Paula likes to have her clients involved in the design process that personalizes each piece she creates for her clients for site specific art. She is a diverse artist creating functional art as well as purely sculptural.

For Fireplace Screens5.0I am so happy I was able to find Paula and Larry at Earth Eagle Forge! The work on my custom firescreen is EXQUISITE. I don't think I could have found a more skilled artisan for this project. Paula is such a professional - very thorough, timely, courteous and honest. I asked for a very large, detailed piece to be mounted on an uneven rock surface and she was able to pull it off and contain the cost as much as possible without sacrificing the artistic integrity of the piece. I was kept up to date and involved in the entire process. Because of bad weather we were forced to wait a few days before we could uncrate the firescreen (torture!) and we'll need to wait a few more days before installing as its going on our covered fireplace outside, BUT, I can not wait to post pictures of this amazing piece. I would not hesitate to work with Earth Eagle Forge again for any future projects - thanks Paula!!!
