Blackington Furniture started twelve years ago in a workshop in Grafton, Massachusetts. Since then we have grown and now occupy a mill building in Worcester and a retail store on the Commons in Grafton center.
We are a local company that hand makes custom furniture incorporating both beauty and functionality in our designs. With great attention to detail and highlighting antique woods, we hand craft each piece for your home. Our classic designs are finished with complex layers of antique colors and a rich hand rubbed patina making each piece one of a kind. We work with you to create a piece that meets your needs and we welcome your involvement in the design process. In our concept room we have samples of each style of door, drawer, hardware, glass and wood. You can see, touch and feel these samples. Without a lot of guesswork you can walk us through your ideas and make quick and accurate decisions based on our samples. We strive to provide unique and different materials, recycled woods, brass, copper iron and steel.
