Area served: Continental U.S. Shipping Methods: Larger items are usually freighted via a white-glove delivery trucking company -- pricing based on size of piece and delivery address. Smaller items can be shipped UPS, price is based on delivery address.

Installation Policy

Most of our pieces are free-standing and ship/freight completely assembled, so they do not require specialized installation. For wall-mounted pieces, we will provide you and/or your contractor with anything needed for proper installation.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% Nonrefundable deposit for any special order. That means that if you cancel your order, that deposit is not refunded to you. Balance is due upon completion. All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges. We have a clear, thorough, and specific design protocol for special orders so you know exactly what you are getting, and all customers are asked to approve their finished project via digital image upon completion.
