First let me say thank you!
In general I'm pleased with how quickly his piece was made and delivered.
The communication was excellent and questions were asked and enhancements addressed as requested.
However I'm somewhat disappointed in final outcome in that there are several air bubbles that really take away from the beauty and finished look, quality and value.
Would have paid more if I were assured of a better finished item. Somewhat surprised it was shipped with this obvious defect.
It would have been nice if the opal moon had been placed a little further back in the glass as well but that is a more subjective observation and is only mentioned as preference and not a criticism.

Beautiful work! My son had dozens of glass pendants, but this artist is now his favorite. We look forward to more smooth purchases both pre-made pieces and custom requests.

So, I asked for a custom pendant and gave a background story and a very vague idea for this artist to work with. I left it to her expertise. Wow. she took my breath away! So very quickly, she offered three pendants to choose from, similar but slightly different. I had to buy two of the three because I just couldn't decide! I was hoping for a lovely pendant, but she created pieces that were so far beyond what I'd imagined possible. I gave one as a gift to my son. She captured my background story so completely, my son knew instantly what the pendant symbolizes. He was silent in his happy tears. Thank you, thank you. I look forward to another idea coming to life in her hands!
