Upcycled Memory Tote

Two tote bags were created using an old suede coat. The coat held dear memories to my customer because it belonged to her mother who had died 20 years ago. She remembered falling asleep to it as a child in church. It had been hanging in her closet for a long time and she decided she wanted to make something functional out of it. One bag is a messenger-style bag and the other is a hipster bag.
