Area served: I ship all over the world. Shipping Methods: My shipping prices are for either First Class or Priority Mail domestically , and First Class Mail International, unless an alternate method has been agreed upon and paid for.

I take great pride in my work and want you to enjoy and take pride in it too!. As custom work is by its nature non-refundable and non-cancellable, we will work together during the design process so that your ideas are translated into the final piece. I use sketches before beginning, and photos along the way, to keep you informed so there are no surprises( except good ones!). If you are not happy with your piece when you receive it, please let me know as soon as possible and we will work to fix the problem. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. I make a practice of including the shipping date in the proposal itself, so you can count on it going out at a certain time. On tight schedules, we will talk about what will be the best method for shipping. I ship both domestically and internationally. I generally ship either First Class Package, or Priority mail insured, but can usually arrange for a faster method to meet a tight deadline. So many things that I make are gifts to commemorate a special occasion - a wedding, a graduation, an anniversary. I am honored and humbled to be chosen for these commissions.
