Salvaged cedar beam drops. Custom steel nail pin glass stand-offs, repurposed. 1/2" glass with beveled and polished edges. Custom Ipe legs and screw caps. Oil finish. There are actually two of these. One with the angle and one flat cut. The angle cut piece is shown in the photos. The cedar beams are turned on end so you see the end grain through the glass. I polished the end grain to a 1000 grit so they shine nicely.

I have built multi-million dollar homes for Gene Fritzel Construction for 22 years. This has led me to my passion and what I think is my calling as a furniture designer/builder. I work in wood, metal and concrete as well as many other media. The pieces I have made recently have an industrial feel. I like to use reclaimed wood and iron pieces picked up from random places. Wood is my love!
