These Salad sets can be made from several kinds of wood, Beech, Maple, Mahogany, Alder and Cherry. They are all slightly different in form, as they are singly created. The handle butts can be carved in more or less detail according to your desire.

I am a one man shop in an old mill building in New Bedford, MA. I specialize in one of a kind hand work; carving, cabinets, furniture, cutting boards,carved spoons,architectural and sculptural carving. I have an Artistic background-a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design- which enriches my endeavors and helps to impart a unique quality to my work. I also have some forty years in all areas of woodworking; carpentry, building, theatrical and film set building,timber framing and historical reproductions. I paint and draw as well.
