These spoons are completely hand carved. They are made from durable hardwoods such as Maple, Beech, Cherry, and Mahogany. They are given several coats of Walnut oil for beauty and preservation. Each spoon is unique.

I am a one man shop in an old mill building in New Bedford, MA. I specialize in one of a kind hand work; carving, cabinets, furniture, cutting boards,carved spoons,architectural and sculptural carving. I have an Artistic background-a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design- which enriches my endeavors and helps to impart a unique quality to my work. I also have some forty years in all areas of woodworking; carpentry, building, theatrical and film set building,timber framing and historical reproductions. I paint and draw as well.
