Mayflower Trestle Hall Table

$3,000+

In 1957, the Mayflower II sailed into Plymouth, Ma. Her hold was laden with logs of brown English oak. They took the logs and had them stamped, cut up and sold. A friend's father got two end slabs, took them home and stored them. She gave them to Me and I made two tables. The first went to Her and this is the second. The trestles is made of Beech and the stretcher is Black Walnut. The finish is six coats of rubbed gloss poly. A unique historic American artifact!
