A client asked me to improvise on an English 17th century chamber table. She didn't care for the heavy Tudor style and, but liked the function and size of the original. I simplified and put My own spin on it. The frame is Cherry, the panels and drawers curly Maple and the pulls are Black Walnut. lots of hand work. Hand cut dovetails.

I am a one man shop in an old mill building in New Bedford, MA. I specialize in one of a kind hand work; carving, cabinets, furniture, cutting boards,carved spoons,architectural and sculptural carving. I have an Artistic background-a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design- which enriches my endeavors and helps to impart a unique quality to my work. I also have some forty years in all areas of woodworking; carpentry, building, theatrical and film set building,timber framing and historical reproductions. I paint and draw as well.
