The top is made from a 200 yr old Douglas Fir map table from the MA state land office. One can still see the pin holes from the maps in the surface. The top edging and stretchers are Mahogany and the mortised and tenoned legs are Cherry. Inside/ outside. 76"X 45"X 31' High.

I am a one man shop in an old mill building in New Bedford, MA. I specialize in one of a kind hand work; carving, cabinets, furniture, cutting boards,carved spoons,architectural and sculptural carving. I have an Artistic background-a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design- which enriches my endeavors and helps to impart a unique quality to my work. I also have some forty years in all areas of woodworking; carpentry, building, theatrical and film set building,timber framing and historical reproductions. I paint and draw as well.
