still have not received product even though it was done said to be completed and ready to ship on dec 15 not sure when you will ship it but this is unacceptable and not very professional It was supposed to be a x mass present

Had a little trouble getting things started initially, probably because I'm new to the site. But, everything came out beautifully.

Thank you my wife loves it

Disappointed with my necklace. The maker was very helpful at first. I thought I gave very detailed wants, but that wasn't completely followed. You need to see a picture of the final project so changes can be made before it is shipped to you. Learned a lesson

I am completely satisfied with this product. I think it is beautiful and very well crafted. My only complaint was that I was told it would take 1 week for project completion. My necklace was expected to ship April 18th. Plenty of time for Mother's Day as this gift is for my mom who lives out of town. My pendant was not shipped until May 3rd. There wasnt any communication in regards to the delay and my mother didnt receive it by Mothers Day as I had hoped. Other than that, it is an amazing piece and I am happy I purchased it.

Amanda did a great job interacting with me and guiding me through the process. When we finally locked on the project and she ran into some shipment issues for her vendors, she made adjustments to keep it all on track as promised. Best of all, the jewelry piece she created was beautiful !

Loved the product and My mother loved it. Was received in a timely manner and worked with me to get it done by Christmas. Would definitely by another product from these makers

Very easy to work with Amanda, the pendant is just beautiful! My mom will love it. I also love the "map" of the necklace she wrote out to show which gemstones go with which child and grandchild. Beautiful!

I am very pleased with the pendant. I really liked the concept and Amanda got it to me in time for Christmas. I think the Custom Made Site is a winner and Amanda represents it well. The entire process was flawless.

I love the finished product! It looks exactly like I hoped it would. I was also happy with the price. I expected to have to pay a certain amount per stone, and this was not the case. Thanks so much! I will definitely contact you again for future projects!
