My only complaint was that I was told it would take 1 week for project completion. My necklace was expected to ship April 18th. Plenty of time for Mother's Day as this gift is for my mom who lives out of town. My pendant was not shipped until May 3rd. There wasnt any communication in regards to the delay and my mother didnt receive it by Mothers Day as I had hoped. Other than that, it is an amazing piece and I am happy I purchased it.
