I am extremely pleased with the mugs I received. If I could give more than 5 stars for communication and professionalism, I would. Corina was awesome to work with! The only reason I gave the shipping and delivery a 4 is that one of the items arrived broken. However, the items were wrapped nicely. I do believe it was out of Corina's hands as to why the mug broke. I'm very pleased with everything and highly recommend Corina's work.

Corina was very helpful in finding me the right bowl, sending me pictures and providing information very quickly whenever I asked for it. The bowl was also very nice, beautiful and well-made, and made a great Christmas present for my mother.

I put out a request for a decorated tea mug. Six people responded with prices ranging from $45 to $120. All the offers were unique. I ended up buying more than one. Corina's (Arrowpoint Pottery) offer was the least expensive of the six. It's the only one I have received to date. It was a gift for my wife and she loves it. I had asked for a particular type of butterfly as a decoration. Her rendering of the butterfly was excellent. During the course of the project she provided updates, sketches and photos of the work in progress. She actually made 4 mugs and I picked the one I liked best from the photos. She plans to sell the others. It was a pleasure to work with Corina. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to others. I'm fully satisfied with the result.

Corina did exactly as I described to her what I wanted. She has helped me to obtain my unique kitchen re-do project. Corina did beautiful work, exactly as described, shipped quickly, and packed very well for a safe arrival. Next time I need anything raku I will be getting in touch with corina.
