This is the third box that I've purchased.

Tim was great in helping define my idea. The product is perfect and he was even willing to make a new one at his cost when mine went missing in the mail for a short time. Post office fault not Tim’s.

It was a pleasure working with Tim. He is very professional and timely with communication. He takes the time inquire your needs and very detail-oriented to ensure you will receive the most unique and beautiful final product. My husband is incredibly hard to shop for, and Tim made the most original valet koa wood box with exquisite lining that took incredible craftsmanship--and my husband just loved it! Due to the detail required, the box did take slightly longer than expected (although, Tim was in communication about this), but it was definitely worth the wait. I would definitely work with Tim again, and highly recommend his craft. He is extremely talented.

Working with Timothy was fantastic, I got exactly what I wanted and the box is beautiful. He shipped it to me the day I made payment and so the turnaround was great as well. The box is really well made, I can't wait to give it to my wife on our anniversary! Thank you, Timothy!
