I placed a request and Ozark Mountain Leather was the first to respond. I had others responses but I awarded the project to Ozark because of their timeliness in contacting me and the workmanship I saw on their web page. The rest of the project was the same. They listened to my request, gave suggestions and sent many progress pictures.
