His communication was fantastic right from the start: we needed to order 5 different leather money clips, and therefore I had to submit a custom request in order to put them all in the same order; he responded within a few hours! And said he would not only be able to do our 5 different monograms, but that he would be able to do all of them within our requested timeframe. (These were groomsmen's gifts for a wedding.) Amazing! And, best of all, the final product was fantastic—such excellent craftsmanship, and packaged really nicely too, even with a note inside! I really had a wonderful experience working with Kendall overall and he is the very first person I will go to the next time I'm looking for custom leather goods. Thank you, Kendall!
