I placed a request and Ozark Mountain Leather was the first to respond. I had others responses but I awarded the project to Ozark because of their timeliness in contacting me and the workmanship I saw on their web page. The rest of the project was the same. Jul 18, 2018I simply entered the desired size when ordering and it arrived timely and fit perfectly (leather book cover). Would definitely order again. I didn't shop around for price but the quality of the book cover I received is very good. Because it was so easy - and I had no need for communication - I can't really rate these.
