Communication and knowledge was superb, and timeliness was phenomenal. But most importantly, the quality is beyond expectation. Kendall had no problem with my nit-picky details and continual "what ifs" and "how abouts". And, did all of this at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use Kendall again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a high quality custom leather piece.
