It was a pleasure working with Eastman's Heirloom Woodturnings. Once I posted my project, Todd Eastman replied quickly and was able to answer all of my questions and communicate clearly during the process. We received the product a few days ago and they are exactly like the picture and what we wanted! Well done -- Thank you for your craftsmanship.
The key chain was nicely designed and great quality. I am pleased with how quickly I received it.
I needed a pair of extra long knitting needles, large size, large end cap and received exactly what I wanted. I would definitely use Eastman's Heirloom Woodturning's again.
I am giving 1 star only because I am not able to do a review with 0 or negative stars. I ordered the steampunk engraved ball point pen. I paid an estimated $127.00 for a birthday present for a 55 year old. The font used to engrave was not what was shown. The name was hardly visible, online it showed it in a gift box, the pen was put in a slip cover that did not fit the pen at all. No gift box was provided. I left messages both by phone and this web site days ago and have not heard anything back. I am too embarrassed to give this gift to my friend.
