This was my first time using Custom Made, so I didn't know what to expect. I have been looking all over for a simple, custom leather camera strap as a gift for my sister, and wanted to somehow have her business name (she's a photographer) on it. Somehow, I found Custom Made, and then Ozark Mountain Leather found my request. From the first communication with Kendall, he was completely professional and excited about this opportunity. He told me up front that he had never made a leather camera strap before, but offered examples of the other leather work he had done, which looked exceptional, and he showed immense enthusiasm for taking this project on. Throughout the entire process, he communicated with me, sending pictures and descriptions of the progress of the strap. I appreciated that so much. Who would have thought that someone from New York City could do business so easily and pleasantly with someone in Arkansas! I received the camera strap yesterday - it is beautiful! Exactly what I had wanted, and even better. I can tell the leather is truly high quality, and that the stitching was carefully done and will hold up well. To put her company name on it, he affixed a unique metal name plate - it's great! Overall, there was an obvious amount of care and effort into making the strap, and it showed. My husband was jealous when it came - he now wants a guitar strap like it! I am very thankful for Custom Made and for Ozark Mountain Leather - truly a wonderful experience that I will happy to repeat!

This was a completely hassle free project. I sent Kendall Cross a message through the CustomMade Market place and he contacted me within a few days asking for precise measurements of the knife I wished to have a sheath made for. Once everything was measured, Kendall sent me a proposal explaining everything he would do, what kind of sheath it would be, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Once I approved of the proposal, I was able to pay using my credit card. Mr. Cross told me the project would take 2-4 weeks and the knife sheath arrived in the mail approximately 2 weeks later. The knife sheath is incredibly well crafted. Heirloom quality, the sheath will probably last the rest of my life and is superb quality. I would definitely order more sheaths in the future from Mr. Cross.

Great product, craftsmanship and great experience with Ozark Mtn. Leather. I will be using them again in the future.

I simply entered the desired size when ordering and it arrived timely and fit perfectly (leather book cover). Would definitely order again. I didn't shop around for price but the quality of the book cover I received is very good. Because it was so easy - and I had no need for communication - I can't really rate these.
