Area served: USA & Canada Most of our work is around Springfield Missouri and surrounding area, but we ship our mantels and smaller items all the time, all over the USA. Shipping Methods: We use FedEx Ground mostly. For larger jobs like kitchen cabinetry and the like...We should talk. We would consider delivering on our own truck or making arrangements for shipping to farther away locations

Depends upon your location and needs. Locally we do all our own installation, so depending upon your needs, we can bid your project with or without installation.

Since all our items we build after we receive the order, please contact us for any returns ahead of time. Depending on the item we can give a partial refund on items built already or full refund if we have not build the item yet. No refund on shipping charges.
