Cherry Modern Beam Fireplace Mantel.
This listing is for a seven foot long cherry mantel. It is 84" long x 5" H x 8" D Includes one set of stain samples mailed out to you ahead of the finishing process for you to pick the stain color, for a truly custom color. We would need to have an idea what color you are looking for and then will make up custom colors just for you. We used solid 3/4" cherry wood face and sides with mitered corners (the grain of the wood wraps from the face to the sides seamlessly). The top and bottom are 3/4" cherry veneer plywood. The construction is all glued and screwed together from the back side, so no nail holes on the finished surfaces. We hand sand to a fine finish, apply stain and conversion varnish top coats which will not yellow over time.

Our finishing process is stained, painted, glazed, antiqued, or anything in-between for the finishing touches and we use conversion varnish finish for the top coats. For Floating Shelving With Brackets5.0I worked primarily with Heather on creating four custom floating shelves for a kitchen redesign in my home. Most floating shelves, especially larger ones, are 3" thick which wasn't going to work for my small kitchen. I needed narrower shelves (1 3/4") and one large uniform/ single-piece shelf over 100" in length. Heather was super responsive to my initial proposal request and was extremely helpful in walking through the needs and requirements of my project. We reviewed finishes and she had samples delivered to me within a couple of days. While I was not in a super big rush to get the finished product, I did need them delivered within 8 weeks. Heather not only completed the shelves in under two weeks, she personally delivered them to my home with her husband, Don (making a very long road trip from Missouri to Pittsburgh). This personal and unexpected touch probably saved me a few hundred dollars in shipping alone. The finished shelves and custom made brackets turned out beautifully. Working with Heather and Don exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I can't wait until they're installed (by September, hopefully) and will post photos of the shelves once the kitchen is complete. Overall, I'd highly recommend Heather and Don and would definitely seek them out for other custom projects!

For Ash Modern Beam Fireplace Mantel.4.8I was very happy with this project on the whole. Communication was timely and effective - kept me up to date on every step of the process. We had some delays in sourcing the wood (I specified something different than their posted species) but Heather and Don ordered it and made up the difference in timing, ultimately delivering on time. Ran into a very unexpected issue with delivery as the FedEx truck that was delivering the package was involved in an accident. As such my delivery was later than expected but fortunately thanks to the excellent packaging there wasn't a single scratch. Also worth noting that Heather and Don proactively watched the delivery and in fact they informed me of the delay - fedex sight showed an expected delivery timing to "no info available"
Definitely would do business with these fine folks again! Thanks!
