Custom Wood Mantel Shelf
Size is 5 inches high x 6 inches deep x various lengths. (Choose at check out) This mantel has a modern clean line look with a little bit of old world character. Each shelf is unique as we build and distress each piece by hand. They look great with either modern or rustic décor. It is stained Jacobean color with a black glaze to highlight the distressing and three coats of furniture finish that will not yellow over time. The distressing can be heavy to light depending on what you would like. We construct these out of 3/4" solid poplar wood and 3/4" plywood top and bottom. They are glued and screwed together to make a very strong shelf. Please note: **This shelf will be built for you when we receive your order.*** We provide a wood bracket, screws and instructions for installation. These are very sturdy shelving when mounted to wall studs. If you would like a quote for another size not listed, please contact us.

We really enjoy designing and building projects that are unique to each customer. We do everything from modern to rustic, one little end table or mantel, to cabinetry for the entire house. Our finishing process is stained, painted, glazed, antiqued, or anything in-between for the finishing touches and we use conversion varnish finish for the top coats. We can design something for you, or if you already have the design, we can build it!
