Leaded Glass Display Cabinet

David made 2 panels for us and he was such a pleasure to work with. He gave us plenty of choices and we felt since he is the artist, he would have a good eye for what looks right and he did. We needed specific sizes and sent 2 pics of what we wanted and adjusted the proportions and size to fit perfectly.
Both panels came out perfect and we are very happy with them. Unfortunately, they were shipped by UPS (we have seen UPS delivery people throw packages in the past) and sure enough our 2 panels came with slightly broken glass but David took full responsibility, contacted a local craftsmen and had him pick them up for the repairs, sent him the particular glass he needed. No complaints about anything. We will deffinately use David again for our next project.Thank you David L. Zvanut. You are a true artist and have made us very happy.

This was the first time I used CustomMade, and I was very pleased with the results of my project. I had a pair of broken slumped glass lampshades that I wanted to recreate. David provided a detailed description of the process he would use to create new lampshades for me and an approximate timeframe. He communicated with me each step of the way and provided pictures of how my lampshades were progressing. When he hit a snag, he let me know how he was going to address it, always communicating along the way. The result was a beautiful pair of lampshades that were nearly identical to the original broken ones. I greatly appreciate his talent and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the project met my expections. I would definitely work with David again. I have to admit that usually I don't order something site unseen or out of state without seeing similar product or visiting site locally so this was a reach of faith. David took my vision and created a great stainglass restaurant name piece for me. Once approved, he kept me in constant updates on the status of production and showing images as the product progressed all the way to finish. It was easy to pay and go through Custom to work with him and pay. He probably packed the sign which is very delicate better than I've ever seen anything packed. I can't wait to get my new location open in Chicago and put up this piece of Art.
