David was amazing to work with. He responded to my messages immediately, even during Christmas. My stained glass sign arrived in perfect condition. He does amazing work. Highly recommend him!

This was the first time I used CustomMade, and I was very pleased with the results of my project. I had a pair of broken slumped glass lampshades that I wanted to recreate. David provided a detailed description of the process he would use to create new lampshades for me and an approximate timeframe. He communicated with me each step of the way and provided pictures of how my lampshades were progressing. When he hit a snag, he let me know how he was going to address it, always communicating along the way. The result was a beautiful pair of lampshades that were nearly identical to the original broken ones. I greatly appreciate his talent and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the project met my expections. If you're looking for an experienced artist to complete a quality project for you, I highly recommend David.

When I broke my glass lampshade I was devastated. Glad it was me but not my grandchildren. Did not think this design could ever be replaced. Mr. Zvanut was able to melt it and recreate-he is a true artist. The project was swift and thorough. I received regular communication and pictures along the way. David made 2 panels for us and he was such a pleasure to work with. He gave us plenty of choices and we felt since he is the artist, he would have a good eye for what looks right and he did. We needed specific sizes and sent 2 pics of what we wanted and adjusted the proportions and size to fit perfectly. Both panels came out perfect and we are very happy with them. Unfortunately, they were shipped by UPS (we have seen UPS delivery people throw packages in the past) and sure enough our 2 panels came with slightly broken glass but David took full responsibility, contacted a local craftsmen and had him pick them up for the repairs, sent him the particular glass he needed. David is a true artist. He spent a great deal of time up front to make sure he understood what we wanted. He experienced some problems because of the complexity of the piece but he communicated constantly about timing and what we expected and wanted in an end product. We were so satisfied that we recommended him to our Property Chair to do some work on our stained glass windows at our church.

I am so happy with the chandelier David has made for me! He has been so helpful and professional. I had initially thought I wanted to design all of it myself, but quickly realized how complicated that would be, so without hesitation David came us with an AMAZING design and kept me updated every step of the way. The chandelier is so pretty and way more affordable than I thought it would be! I highly recommend him.

We are delighted with the two custom glass slumped shades that David made us. They were to replace two that were broken and look wonderful. David was easy to work with and communicated every step of the process providing photos and updated information. All in all it was a positive experience. Thank you for our lovely shades!

It was vey easy to work with David Zvanut. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. David updated me with detailed information and pictures every step of the way to make sure I am getting exactly what I want. For any project in the future I will go straight to David. Highly recommend his work!

Working with David was a 5 star experience. While he had never worked in the medium I requested, he figured it out and the final product came out as expected. David communicated often and clearly during the entirety of the project. David arrived at my site and installed the piece as expected and on time.

Our chandelier exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and definitely unque. It is displayed in our redeveloped sanctuary and everyone is so amazed as well as pleased. David was truly a God sent. He paid attention to detail and handcrafted every inch of it.. He kept us informed of every step in the progress. His delivery timing was delayed due to us and not him. It was well worth the wait. Thank you David for providing the focal point in our sanctuary at Eden International Ministries in Lumberton, NC.

My cat knocked over and broke a lamp that had two glass lampshades. The lampshades are unique and I searched for months for a replacement. I stumbled upon David's glass art and was so happy I found him! David's communication is exceptional. I really enjoyed the process from start to finish. I'm thrilled with how my lampshades turned out. They look better than the originals.

Working with David was an absolute pleasure. He took the time early on to really understand my vision, and made working with him so easy. His constant communication at every step of the way kept us completely involved and allowed us to take control of the project from a distance. He definitely went above and beyond personally driving our piece to Florida for delivery (from Texas!) and has left us with nothing but great things to say about him. I'm already trying to dream up new projects just so we can work with him again and have more than one David Zvanut original in our home!

I cannot say enough good things about David and the project he completed for us. He is AMAZING...talented, professional, a great communicator and willing to tackle tough projects. He restored a beautiful glass base for an antique globe that has been in my family from the late 1800's. He had to make several attempts and the results are fabulous. Great experience with beautiful slumped glass shades. David was extremely helpful and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him!

I would definitely work with David again. I have to admit that usually I don't order something site unseen or out of state without seeing similar product or visiting site locally so this was a reach of faith. David took my vision and created a great stainglass restaurant name piece for me. Once approved, he kept me in constant updates on the status of production and showing images as the product progressed all the way to finish. It was easy to pay and go through Custom to work with him and pay. He probably packed the sign which is very delicate better than I've ever seen anything packed. I can't wait to get my new location open in Chicago and put up this piece of Art.

David was a dream to work with. I gave home the concept and he was off and running. The finished piece is the centerpiece of our home. He was super creative and the communication was excellent every step of the way. I highly recommend David. His work is exceptional and you won't be disappointed.

David was great with our project. His attention to detail and and pictures along the way was great. We had a complicated measurement with a swelling for the light bulb and not just a flat piece of glass being bent. He was responsive with an adjustment of one of the 3 shades did not have the same shading. I would highly recommend him for future ventures. My only problem was with the Marketplace site that was not good for my sending pictures back to him. I would love to send a picture back of the finished lamp but it won't let me post. David rescued my tragic accident breaking my modern custom lamp . He is my hero.
