Area served: United States Canada, Europe, Australia Shipping Methods: We use UPS, Fed Ex, and Speedee Shipping. Speedee is a terrific regional carrier in the upper Midwest that allows us to cut shipping costs for our clients. Across the country we use UPS Ground and Freight.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are NOT accepted at any time following purchase for monogrammed and personalized items as well as custom cushions and pillows . NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE: Due to their nature, custom orders are non returnable and non refundable if the items were made with dimensions and materials the customer selected and approved thru the listing. Hearth and Home is not responsible for reworking custom orders if the customer submitted incorrect information such as size, fabric type, and style. However, if the mistake was made on our part, we will gladly correct and reship the items.
