Area served: Twin Cities, MN, USA or Anywhere the USPS ships Shipping Methods: For shipping in the USA; I use first class mail with delivery tracking. Special arrangements can be made for Priority mail, Express mail, mail insurance, or signature confirmation.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will accept a return within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Email me to request a return. Defective items can be returned for a full refund (purchase price + shipping). Items returned for other reasons will be refunded purchase price. In either situation, buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you would like to exchange your item for another, contact me and we will work it out. Exception: custom made items are non refundable and may not be exchanged or returned unless materials are defective.
