This is a Euro style handmade pen made with Macassar Ebony wood. Trim is gold and wood color is natural. These pens can be made fat like this example or skinny. Euro style pens are thicker and slightly longer than the Slimline style, measuring 5.5 inches long (14 cm). The pen is operated with a twist mechanism to extend and retract the tip for writing. It uses a Cross style ink cartridge which is available at office supply stores. To change the cartridge, you pull apart the top and bottom halves of the pen and unscrew the cartridge. The pen is finished with cyanoacrylate adhesive (super glue) which is hard durable and water resistant finish. It feels like textured silk in your hand! No exact duplicates can be made since each piece of wood is unique. But custom work is always welcomed. No pen boxes are available. Shipped in bubble wrap and mailing tube.
