Suitable for your supreme Pizza Chef! This is the ultimate pizza cutter! It can handle any deep dish pizza. This heavy duty pizza cutter weighs 1lb. and is extremely robust and stable. It features a sharp 4" diameter stainless steel blade making cutting any pizza easy and fast. I started the Olive wood handle on my lathe. Then shaped the hand with spindle sander. Finally I hand sanded with up to 1500 grit sand paper. No dye or stain has been used on the wood! The wood handle measures 1 ¼" in diameter and is 6" long. The overall length of the pizza cutter is 11". The handle may be unscrewed and removed from the cutter for dishwasher cleaning. I coated the handle with cyanoacrylate adhesive (super glue) which is durable water resistant finish. Other wood types are available and you may request a custom handle made in your favorite wood. This European knife handle design is labor intensive but the end result is a very goregous pizza cutter. You may even design your own handle on ¼" scale graph paper, email mail me the details and I will duplicate it.

For Spear Point Hunter's Knife - Stainless Steel Blade - Handmade Cocobolo Wood HandleThe blade and handle are fantastic. All aspects of the experience were outstanding. Charles was really friendly and communicated well. Between the messaging, and pictures, I knew exactly what I was getting. He was even kind enough to make a left-handed sheath for me.
