This cane is made of tropical hardwoods. The cane measures 35 3/4" in length and may be shortened length down to 28 3/4". Very strong and sturdy, the cane is made of Brazilian Cherry and African Blackwood. The handle measures 6" length, 1 " width, 2" height. Wood color is natural and top coat finish is tung oil and oil varnish. The rubber tip (7/8") has a steel insert to last a long time, replacements may be found at drug or medical supply stores. The handle and tapered shaft are joined with mortise and tenon which extends 1 3/4" into the handle. #97 International shipping can be expensive because of the length of the package. International customers should email for postage costs prior to purchasing.
