Area served: US, Canada, Worldwide I will usually ship UPS for smaller pieces. If an item does not meet UPS criteria, then I will ship freight. On larger items the price for shipping is approximate and could be less or more when shipping time actually arrives. Please contact me for an exact quote on shipping and provide your zip code. When your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Be aware of your entrance way measurements. A lot of custom pieces are very large and heavy, make sure you can get your new custom furniture into your home. UPS and Freight delivery personnel are not responsible for opening crates or inside delivery. Inside delivery is an additional charge and must be arranged ahead of time with the shipping company. I have nothing to do with the shipping company policies. The shipping price paid to me when you purchase your custom build is for curbside delivery only.

Accepted Answer

A refund will be considered only if the item is returned within 3 days of receiving it, and it can only be if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. I work with the shipping company to insure there are no problems with losses and damages. There are no refunds on deposit on custom builds.
