Stephanie Long is a dream to work with. She communicated clearly and promptly, told me exactly how long it would take her to make my pendant, and shipped it right away. She helped me with the design of my pendant, too. She saw my idea, and, with her artistic eye, she suggested a subtle tweak that was icing on the cake. It was just what it needed to "pop". The workmanship is solid. Stephanie is great!

I was very impressed with the Jolly Roger cufflinks Stephanie had earlier made, and asked her if she could make a pair and a tiepin just the same. Stephanie was quick to respond, and informed me that she only produced unique items, and therefore couldn´t make identical cufflinks. However, impressed by the reviews of her work, I engaged with Stephanie. And I wasn´t disappointed! I´m very happy with the result, and can only recommend Stephanie to others who desire unique items!

Oh my goodness, seems that the simpler the project the more fabulous it comes out! What with the separation on the sides, the pins on top and even the actual tiny keychain that actually looks like it can be opened! You amaze me every single time. Thank you so much!

I am so happy with Stephanie's work, she is incredibly talented. Her communication throughout the whole project was wonderful. I will be using her again and would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Upon submitting my project, the designer was very responsive and I was able to send some very specific details about the design. However, during the process, I didn't receive any correspondence until the item was completed, even though I had asked for updates. Also, the item was not delivered to me by the date I requested. When I did receive it though, I was generally happy with the finished product and she was willing to follow up on my experience.
