Jeremy met and EXCEEDED my expectations with the vintage industrial floor lamp I ordered from him. From start to finish he was prompt, helpful, and informative! He kept me up to date with his progress and time frames and even included photos of the process as it went along. I received my lamp faster than expected, and I couldn't be happier when it arrived. Being my first time using a vendor on this site, I can only hope all of my future interactions with other vendors are like the first I've had with Tungsten Customs! We asked Jeremy to create a custom table that we saw at an Escape Room. Jeremy kept us up to speed with the progress of the table, sending us many photos. He is clearly a perfectionist and our table ended up being so much nicer than the one we originally saw - we were impressed with his attention to detail and loved his work.
