I am thrilled with the dog lamp that Jeremy has made for me. It is exactly as I imagined (and as discussed). His communication with me throughout was brilliant. I cannot recommend him enough. I cannot wait to see my partners face at Christmas when he sees it!!!

Work was done exactly how we had planned. I could not be any more happier with the finished product. Tungsten Customs has fabulous communication back and fourth and not one time was I left in the dark on how the project was progressing. I found Custommade.com accidentally while surfing, and was skeptical about submitting a proposal to strangers. When Jeremy from Tungsten Customs emailed me, his correspondence is reliable and businesslike, and full of enthusiasm. I soon found I could trust his expertise and questions. He was up front with me about cost throughout our communications, and delivered quite a large piece to my home for a very reasonable price. He was patient, engaged and creative, offering up lots of problem-solving and design ideas during the process of clarifying my proposal. We spent a lot of time communicating about details, and in the end, everything he promised came exactly as it was discussed and on time. And the craftsmanship was excellent. I know this is a superlative review, but I really was blown away by how well it all went, especially since I was taking a risk.
