I am so glad I took the risk of placing an order through Custom Made! I had been searching online for a Montessori-style children's closet for several months. At first, I was a bit hesitant about Custom Made because I was new to the site and didn't know anyone who had used it. But, after a few minutes of navigating, I found Tungsten Customs and decided to go for it. Jeremy's talent and skill were evident in his sample designs. After sending him a brief description and photograph, he quickly sent me a sketch along with sample prices based on different materials. I appreciated his consistent communication and flexibility throughout the process. I found Custommade.com accidentally while surfing, and was skeptical about submitting a proposal to strangers. When Jeremy from Tungsten Customs emailed me, his correspondence is reliable and businesslike, and full of enthusiasm. I soon found I could trust his expertise and questions. He was up front with me about cost throughout our communications, and delivered quite a large piece to my home for a very reasonable price. He was patient, engaged and creative, offering up lots of problem-solving and design ideas during the process of clarifying my proposal. We spent a lot of time communicating about details, and in the end, everything he promised came exactly as it was discussed and on time. And the craftsmanship was excellent. I know this is a superlative review, but I really was blown away by how well it all went, especially since I was taking a risk.
