I knew exactly what I wanted. I sent Steve a picture. The final product was better than I had anticipated. I LOVE the bed, dresser, and night stands made from beautiful reclaimed barn wood. The craftmanship was superb. These pieces will be handed down through generations. I'll be having Steve make a new kitchen island for us and am confident he will do a great job. I highly recommend this company for any furniture needs/wants.

My project experience was great.

I would highly recommend Unique Aquariums for your projects, both aquariums and otherwise. I had a custom display case built by the owner Steven, a project which admittedly was of unusual dimensions and size. He worked with me to ensure that the best quality materials at a fair cost were selected, and offered several good suggestions for improving the project along the way, which ultimately made it of much higher quality than it was in my original design, without substantially increasing the cost. One challenge was figuring out how to ship the display case, since it was of such large dimensions that the cost was prohibitive to ship it, for both myself and the builder. He worked with me and personally delivered the item, despite it being a drive of several hours away, which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival, the item was even better than I expected. The wood is of very high quality, the finish is great, and the look of it is very beautiful. The dimensions were spot-on to what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. If I need a custom display case, aquarium, or other similar item, I would definitely buy from Unique Aquariums and Steven again. I highly recommend that others do the same.
