How adorable is this wooden trinket box? I used solid poplar and oak to makes this simple box, and attached the lid to the body with metal hinges. Every bit of this box is handmade as with the rest of my creations. As an accent, I handcrafted a diamond-shaped inlay on top of the lid. When you open the box, you will see that the interior is lined with hand-flocked, wine-colored suede leather. This piece makes a charming display item on a dresser or nightstand.
