This sign is a lovely addition to any country home. It is completely handmade using a thick slab of wood, which I carved using the reverse engraving method. For this item, the sign says, "CABIN" in block letters next to a pine tree. This sign measures 20" x 1 ¾" x 7" and includes a whelp cord attached to the back.

    The rating chart doesn't do nearly enough justice to Terry and his work. First of all, he kept us involved from buying the wood through the entire creation, to the final touches. We also want to point out that we only had a basic idea of what our dining nook should look like, so his suggestions were extremely helpful, creative, and ensured that the project went way above and beyond our expectations. His personal delivery from Missouri was exceptional… He arrived, as promised, helped us put it into place, and left as quickly as he arrived. The final product is of great quality with high quality wood and workmanship and we have had awesome comments from visitors to our home. We were very lucky that we chose Terry for this project and would highly recommend him to others.

    My experience with this project was was fantastic! I would recommend working with Good Shepard Woodworking to anyone. I had as much input as I needed, yet he is creative and was able to provide great suggestions and work through any issues that came up. If anyone was lacking in communication, it was me. From the Timeline to the professionalism and input and ideas to the overall value of the final project, everyone was wonderful!

    If I could change anything, it would be the shipping. Shipping via the Post Office instead of FedEx to Chicago is always rough. I don't blame Good Shepard for this, the U.S. Postal Service in Chicago is just slow.

    Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to have a new project to work on!
