Repurposed Three-Drawer Box In Oak
I prefer to use repurposed wood in making my items because it is very sturdy and has a naturally rustic charm. I used a chunk of oak to make this box and built three drawers, which can be used to keep all sorts of small items. There is no need to paint this box as the grain of the wood gives it more than enough charm and elegance. I installed walnut pulls on the drawers and lined them with soft, wine-colored suede leather. Finally, I gave the box a generous coating of tung oil for added luster.
