Expresso is stain with a clear coat Natural is danish oiled. Drawers are all hand sanded with all metal slides(Âľ" not store bought ÂĽ" stuff). Sides and backs of drawers are all hardwood Âľ", not the flimsy ÂĽ" stuff from a store. Comes with wood pulls(not pictured) on each drawer, larger drawers come with two. You're getting this kind of quality because I own the wood shop. I do all my own mill work and finish work as well--I even pack and ship this. For Oak BenchTerry was very responsive answering our questions and accommodating our requests. The finished product arrived well-crated and intact, and met all of our specifications. On the whole it was a very positive experience.

For BookcasesFrankly, I'm disappointed. I assumed Terry Stone would have used biscuit joinery. He used pocket joinery. Nothing wrong with this method if you don't see it, for example. Joining legs to a table top underneath where you don't see the pocket holes. The pocket holes are very visible from inside these cabinets. We didn't discuss this before the project was started, but he was presented as a professional cabinet maker. There are no cabinets built this way from any furniture store, even inexpensive ones. I would not use Terry again.

For Stair Railing CapThis is my third project (in a very short few weeks) with Terry. Once again he did not disappoint. After he made some stair treads for me, I asked him to make matching railing caps to a specification I provided. Parts are exactly as I dimensioned. Additionally I was concerned that with the field cuts we would need to make we might see some unfinished edges - he not only provide me with the unique dye/stain he used but also with a YouTube link on how to apply it for best results! Way above and beyond expectations. He also worked to find a reasonable shipping option - saved me over $200 dollars! Can't say enough good things about this experience.

For religous, family named, wooden sign for our new farmhouseWe had a wooden sign made with names of our family and a little personal added saying. The project was completed and on my doorstep in no time flat. Price was very reasonable. Terry was a pleasure to work with and of course the sign exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to get it up and show it off. We will bring any future woodworking business back to Terry and recommend him to anyone looking for woodworking.
