Worked with Terry on another project and this too was a success. I would have liked a bit more consistency on the coloring on the face vs the main tread, but that simply may be difficult/near impossible due to the wood grain.

On the whole though this was a great project - excellent communication - timely and frequent. Final product was delivered a bit later than initially planned but the extension was agreed to before the due date. He was flexible as I had a few minor changes that he incorporated as well. I was provided with a color match sample so I could confirm final color before staining - very helpful. Very pleased with the end result!

The rating chart doesn't do nearly enough justice to Terry and his work. First of all, he kept us involved from buying the wood through the entire creation, to the final touches. We also want to point out that we only had a basic idea of what our dining nook should look like, so his suggestions were extremely helpful, creative, and ensured that the project went way above and beyond our expectations. His personal delivery from Missouri was exceptional… He arrived, as promised, helped us put it into place, and left as quickly as he arrived. The final product is of great quality with high quality wood and workmanship and we have had awesome comments from visitors to our home. We were very lucky that we chose Terry for this project and would highly recommend him to others.

This is my third project (in a very short few weeks) with Terry. Once again he did not disappoint. After he made some stair treads for me, I asked him to make matching railing caps to a specification I provided. Parts are exactly as I dimensioned. Additionally I was concerned that with the field cuts we would need to make we might see some unfinished edges - he not only provide me with the unique dye/stain he used but also with a YouTube link on how to apply it for best results! Way above and beyond expectations. He also worked to find a reasonable shipping option - saved me over $200 dollars! Can't say enough good things about this experience.

I am very pleased with the cedar heart shaped ring boxes Terry made for me. They are a gift to my son and his fiancé for their wedding. Terry listened to my ideas for slight changes in the size of the boxes and other various requests. He was always pleasant and professional, He kept me well informed on the progress of my boxes and sent me pictures along the way. My son and his wife wanted something other than a ring pillow for the ceremony and this is perfect! Thank you Terry for giving us a new family keepsake that they can pass down for generations.
